NEXERA launches a partner portal

09-08-2019

Retail operators having an access agreement to NEXERA’s network infrastructure can now use the NEXERA Partner Portal website free of charge.

Thanks to this service, they can easily and intuitively order NEXERA services and monitor their status, file complaints and infrastructure failures provided by the wholesale telecommunications operator.

The purpose of launching this new service for operators with concluded agreements with NEXERA was primarily to automate ordering and management of BSA services and BSA PDU ports. “Our partners can now place orders for BSA and PDU BSA services online in the selected configuration. The system will immediately calculate one-time and monthly costs of the ordered services, and after placing an order it will present its current status. Partner Portal also allows for independent administration of purchased BSA services - e.g. changing their bandwidth or other configuration options” explains Paweł Biarda, Member of the Management Board responsible for Sales and Business Development at NEXERA.

Notifications, including information about the failure of the fibre-optic network or filing complaints sent to NEXERA by the Partner Portal, are immediately sent to the appropriate technical services. This will speed up the handling of notifications received from operators.   The NEXERA Partner Portal will facilitate cooperation both with local suppliers of access to the global network using the NEXERA network as well as with national operators. “The new tool will allow operators to start cooperation with NEXERA faster and cheaper. We believe that this is particularly important for operators who want to work locally on our network. Although all of our operators’ customers can use our new service.” adds Paweł Biarda.

The NEXERA Partner Portal is available for operators who have signed an access agreement to NEXERA’s network infrastructure, after the joint agreement on the principles for using the service.
