Thanks to the company's involvement, directors of four schools from small towns will take part in a unique one-year project consisting of close cooperation with experienced business coaches and specialists in psychology, sociology and social innovation. The inauguration of the next edition of the programme took place on 25 February at Centralny Dom Technologii (Central House of Technology) in Warsaw. “The idea of the programme is very close to us because we want to actively participate in the life of local communities and the centre of such communities is usually the school. And at its head is a director - a leader who has a huge impact on shaping the immediate surroundings” said Paweł Biarda, Member of the NEXERA Management Board for Sales and Business Development.
